I help you tap into your true potential.
I know what it means to give your best. To sometimes fail, to succeed continuously, or to sometimes succeed before failing again later – but always trying again.
I’ve spent decades helping hundred of clients on a variety of individual objectives all aimed at helping them become their best selves.
My Story.
I started being interested in coaching after years of working in the corporate world in New York City. Not only was I exhausted mentally and physically, but I felt a need to help others with their health and wellness.
As a child I suffered through many difficulties including the divorce of my parents, being a victim of rape, attempted suicide, eating disorders, and depression. As an adult, I carried many of the dysfunctional coping mechanisms with me.
Once I came to terms with and begin conquering my demons, I was eager to help others suffering from the same issues.
It has been an honor to help hundreds of clients and organizations in learning healthy habits, repairing relationships they thought were forever damaged, and building the confidence to move forward in the face of self-sabotage.
Hi, I’m Lisa and I love coaching!
I started my career as a licensed leadership coach from SHRM, along with a B.A. in Sociology (and fun fact: a minor in Philosophy and Italian!) For ten years, I worked as a Controller/Operations VP/Shareholder for an M&A firm in NYC. After my husband and I adopted our daughter (after years of unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant!) I found working a 24/7 left me feeling very incompetent both at home and at work. I became a certified health and life coach and never looked back
I discovered a passion for High-Performance Life Coaching after using it on myself for making my own transformation and improvements. In preparation for my transition, I worked with Byron Katie and her program THE WORK to finally move past the many hurdles of being a child of divorce. I struggled with an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, and anger issues. I learn from the best so I can bring the best to you.
I firmly believe in coaching, and I’m obsessed with creating an environment for my clients in which they get more out of themselves than they ever thought possible. Over the years, I’ve seen the profound effects coaching has had, not only on my clients but also on myself. That’s right, each and every one of the coaching and mindset techniques I teach to my clients has been tested on myself first.
In addition to individual coaching, I have several group programs that combine powerful mindset techniques and coaching with accountability and community. I’ve given countless corporate talks and been featured in panel discussions, news media, and podcasts both locally and nationally.
When I’m not working as a full-time coach and CEO of Stay FIERCE, I enjoy exploring NYC with my beloved husband, beautiful daughters, and spoiled miniature dachshund, Lady Jane. When I’m not with family, you will usually find me at local workout studios that encourage mental and physical wellbeing. We have an incredible mental health and wellness community in NYC! I’m also an active Health and Wellness Ambassador for the NYC DOE.
